It is my pleasure to offer you information that may help you in your decision to see Judie Keys.

She has extraordinary listening abilities, which are much harder to find than you might think! She is able to quickly decipher what you are trying to say, versus what you might actually be saying. This type of clarification from a professional can be very revealing to you in understanding your authentic motivations and desires.

Ms. Keyes is nonjudgmental and exemplifies the phrase “generosity of spirit.” Her level of understanding of the human condition is exceptional.

I have used her services, adopted many techniques that she taught me, and use them regularly. My sessions with her resulted in many “ah-ha!” moments, usually one or two per session. This was a surprise to me, as I really did not believe that there were any more “ah-ha!” moments to discover. I wrote them down as they happened, and have reviewed them a number of times.

I would highly recommend her services to anyone seeking personal improvement, as they see fit. She excels in aiding the elimination of unwanted thoughts and habits, and the creation of healthy replacements for them that will serve you well. I would be surprised if, in hindsight, you did not acknowledge significant results.

Judie Keys is absolutely amazing! I came to her for help with overcoming financial fears and personal coaching for my own personal and spiritual growth. I have had sessions with other coaches in the past, but never got results as quickly as I did with her! Judie is very easy to talk to and she is compassionate, caring and empathetic. Her hypnotherapy helped me overcome issues that had been holding me back in my business.

As I continued hypnotherapy and life coaching, I began to experience deeper levels of issues coming up. At first, I was even more fearful and worried, but Judie was able to help me release those issues in a matter of one session. As more things came up, we were able to release them right away because I felt at ease given the results we achieved.

When I met Judie, I was depressed, angry, felt hopeless, negative, and fed up with just about everything in my life.

Now, thanks to the work we've done in clearing out old, very strong negative and unconscious patterns, I am working on two creative projects that are very engrossing to me. I've joined a choral group, after wanting to sing in a choir for many, many years -- I couldn't believe how easy it was to go after what I wanted and to enjoy it after my work with Judie cleared out some old beliefs and patterns. I wondered why I had waited so long!

My life seems to be blooming and blossoming in all sorts of ways. I'd also always wanted to make large installation sculptures out of natural materials in natural settings, and finally made my first one within the last month -- a spiral labyrinth in the snow.

The things I've wanted to do just seem easier now. I knew I had a lot of negative beliefs and patterns, but after many years of seeking help with various kinds of therapy and practitioners, I felt as though things would never get better for me. But with Judie, they have. By the way, she's done all this by telephone.

I could go on and on, because Judie is the best. She truly loves what she does, she's good at it, and it's always a pleasure to talk with her.
